Something we often get asked at LD Events is what exactly can be expected from a day attending one of our conferences. We know that agendas can be difficult to visualise, and you’ll want to get the most out of attending, so here’s a rundown of what you can expect on the day.

We regularly host property market research experts with the latest opinion polls around consumer confidence and behaviour, statistics on UK housing situations and market growth, providing an overview on the current climate and highlighting the opportunities and challenges presenting themselves within the industry.
We’re also lucky to welcome political experts from time to time, providing updates on the current political and economic environment and how this is impacting property as a whole, as well as more granularly region to region.
Expert perspectives
One aspect that our delegates tell us they find the most interesting about attending our property conferences is the variety of different perspectives brought to the event. You can expect to hear presentations, seminars and panel discussions involving experts from the following areas:

Refreshments and networking
Each of our conferences attract hundreds of delegates from across the UK, EU and worldwide, so we make plenty of time for networking between talks and discussions, encouraging attendees to make connections that can be mutually beneficial for their line of work. A typical day at one of our conferences will present networking opportunities upon arrival, during the mid-morning session, around lunchtime and as the event draws to a close, with a post-conference drinks reception.
And, of course, we’ll ensure you are well looked after throughout the day, with a variety of refreshments you can help yourself to. Expect teas, coffee, smoothies and pastries in the morning, with canapes and light bites to see you through until lunchtime, where there will be nutritious options to suit everyone.
